2. Registration and Security

To make purchases, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information (full name, CPF/CNPJ, email, address, phone number).

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

Immediately reporting any unauthorized access.

Being liable for all activities carried out on your account until the store is notified of the breach.

The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at any time, without prior notice, in the event of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.


3. Prices, Payments, and Availability

Prices are displayed in Euros and include taxes as required by law.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and inventory at any time without individual notice.

Order confirmation will occur after payment approval and stock verification. In case of unavailability, we will cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid within 5 business days.

Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, etc.), digital wallets – adjust according to your situation.

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

The delivery period begins upon confirmation of payment.

Clickm Store is not responsible for delays resulting from strikes, customs inspections (for international sales), issues with the postal service or carriers, or an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Upon delivery, check that the packaging has not been tampered with and that the product’s security seal is intact. In case of visible damage, refuse the delivery and note this on the back of the receipt.

5. Return and Warranty Policy 
Right of withdrawal: 7 calendar days with the original seal intact (as per the full return policy).

Manufacturing Defect: 90-day legal warranty for durable goods / 30 days for non-durable goods (batteries, cables).

Products with a broken seal are not accepted for return due to buyer’s remorse.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, videos, code, technical descriptions) is the exclusive property of [Your Store Name] or its licensors. It is prohibited to:

Clickm Store is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from the use (or inability to use) of our products or website, except as provided by law.

Our role is limited to the sale of the product. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software or hardware, unless specified in the product specifications.

In the event of a defect, the store’s obligation is limited to replacing or refunding the product within the legal timeframes.
