Return and Refund Policy

At Clickm store, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy describes the deadlines and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Cancellation or Return Period

In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (purchases made outside of a physical store, such as online or via catalog).


2. Return Conditions

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and receipts.

Personalized items, intimate apparel (swimwear, lingerie), or items for hygiene reasons (such as in-ear headphones, electric toothbrushes) cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse, unless they have a manufacturing defect.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the order, please contact us within 30 days (durable goods) or 90 days (non-durable goods, such as perishable food items) after receipt.

We will immediately send a replacement product or issue a full refund.

4. How to request a return

Send an email to www.clickm.agency&nbsp with:

Order number and the buyer’s CPF/CNPJ.

Photos or videos proving the issue (if applicable).

Reason for the return (change of mind, defect, size exchange, etc.).
After review (within 5 business days), we will approve the request and send instructions for shipping or pickup.


5. Return shipping costs

For buyer’s remorse: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the store offers free pickup.

Due to a defect or store error: we cover the full cost of return and reshipment shipping.


6. Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days:

Credit card: credit to your statement (may take up to two billing cycles, depending on the issuer).


7. Exchanges (size, color, or model)

Please place a new order for the desired item and request a return of the original item within the return window. This ensures you receive the new product more quickly. The amount of the first order will be refunded as per item 6.


8. Exceptions and non-refundable products

Digital products (e-books, software, courses) after download/viewing.

Perishable food items that have been opened or have expired.

Products used in a manner inconsistent with the manual.
