Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Clickm store, we work to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and transparently. This policy describes the timelines, costs, and responsibilities related to the shipment of products purchased from our online store.
1. Processing Times (Picking and Packing)
After payment confirmation:
Credit card: processed within 1 business day.
Bank slip: processed within 2 business days after clearing (which may take up to 3 business days).
The processing time is not included in the delivery time provided by the postal service/carriers.
2. Delivery times (after shipment)
Delivery times vary depending on the region and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. You can estimate shipping costs directly in your cart or on the product page by entering your ZIP code.

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates. Strikes, floods, customs inspections, regional/national holidays, or issues with the provided address may cause delays beyond the store’s control.
3. Shipping Cost Calculation
The shipping cost is calculated based on:
Destination ZIP code
Product weight and dimensions (including packaging)
Selected shipping method
4. Order tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
Tracking number (postal service or carrier code)
Direct link for tracking
5. International Shipments
Delivery times: 15 to 40 business days (depending on the destination country’s customs procedures).
The customer is responsible for any import duties, ICMS, customs clearance fees, or local taxes.
We are not responsible for orders held up by customs due to missing documentation or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
6. Incorrect Address or Absence at the Delivery Location
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct address at the time of purchase.
If the product is returned to our distribution center due to an incorrect address, the recipient being absent after 3 delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping (no discounts).
If, 30 days after the product is returned, the customer has not contacted us regarding reshipment or a refund, the order will be canceled, and 20% will be retained to cover administrative and storage fees.
7. Damage during shipping or tampered product
Upon delivery:
Check that the packaging is intact, with no tears, deep dents, or reused tape.
If there are signs that the product’s security seal has been tampered with, refuse the delivery and note this on the back of the delivery receipt.
Once you have signed for the delivery without any reservations, it is assumed that the product was delivered in perfect condition.
If you have already signed for the delivery and later notice internal damage:
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
We will open an investigation with the carrier. A refund or replacement will depend on the outcome of this investigation.
8. Products Damaged During Shipping
If the product arrives damaged due to the carrier’s fault (and you refused delivery as per item 7):
We will send a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
We will cover the return shipping costs (if any).
9. Loss (total loss)
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than:
20 business days for short-term shipping methods (Sedex, carrier)
40 business days for PAC or international shipping
You may request a full refund or the shipment of a new product. We will file a claim with the carrier, and the reimbursement period is up to 15 business days after confirmation of the loss.
10. In-store pickup (if applicable)
If you choose to pick up the product at our physical store:
Wait for the email confirming that the order is available for pickup.
Pickup deadline: 30 calendar days from the notification.
After this period, the product will be returned to stock and the amount will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
